Single Payment Supervisor
Single Payment Supervisor is no longer available since the Single Payment Scheme was replaced by the Basic Payment Scheme in 2015
In 2007 RPA announced that they would be allowing software suppliers the facility to allow submissions of Single Payment Scheme applications online. Only
two suppliers, ourselves (as Paul Holliday Software) and Farm Plan developed software and passed the rigorous testing to utilise the system. In 2008 our
software became the first to submit an electronic Single Payment Scheme application to RPA. Over the course of the next seven years we established ourselves
as the industry leader for electronic single payment software. Our software made it easy to prepare the field, crop, cattle and sheep data ready for submission,
with the added security of validation checks before final submission.
Unfortunately with the replacement of the Single Payment Scheme with the Basic Payment Scheme RPA decided to develop an entirely new system. Due to budget and resource constraints RPA made the decision to stop supporting submissions from third party software providers.
